While walking on Prospect i noticed that the wind picked up significantly, and the flags were whipping along nicely. I tried to record various flags but to no avail. They were all to high and i received a lot of wind noise. Finally i found a flag that was lower to the ground that gave me an opportunity get close and capture it's sound better. There was a little drainage sewer next to it, and if you listen closely you can hear that too. Take a listen here.
Unfortunately this picture is a little outdated, but to the left of the runner where the bush is that is where they have recently put up some flags.
